SHIPPING METHODS:
We package orders safely, neatly and securely. Items such as electronics, medical supplies, battery chargers etc. are shipped in a strong cardboard box or bubble mailer, wrapped with soft safety foam and securely taped shut. For smaller item purchases, we utilise bubble mailers, with soft bubble foam interiors and a strong surrounding paper material to keep your purchase safe.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post or via courier.
TRACKING NUMBERS AND DISPATCH INFORMATION:
Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. When an order is fulfilled, a label, a sticker and tracking information is generated. We enter the tracking information into our system and send you an email with the confirmation details and a link to your tracking information on the Australia Post website. At 5:00 PM everyday, we take all orders to our local post office. You will see your delivery as being lodged in the system at this time.
All orders received before 5:00 PM will be fulfilled and posted on the same business day. We don't post on weekends, as the post office is closed and Australia Post's delivery network only operates during the week. However, orders are fulfilled, labels generated and tracking numbers are emailed to customers over the weekend. In this situation, all orders will be sent on Monday.
All purchases are sent from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Our headquarters are close to our capital city's postage hub, which cuts transit time because parcels don't have to travel far.
